About

Thirty Years of Design. One New Superpower.

Lukman Febrianto

I started in design and advertising three decades ago — long before "creative director" and "AI" ever appeared in the same sentence. I've built brands for businesses of every size, from neighborhood shops to corporations, and spent thirty years learning the one lesson that never expires: design is not decoration. It's communication in the audience's own language.

When generative AI arrived, most people saw a shortcut. I saw a production crew.

Everything I learned directing designers, photographers, and editors translates directly to directing AI: write the brief, set the standard, reject what's wrong, refine what's almost right. I call it the 80/20 philosophy — AI handles 80% of production, and human direction is the critical 20% that separates output from craft.

I work alone by design. No agency overhead, no account managers, no junior handoffs — just one senior creative director and the most capable production crew ever built. That's why I can deliver agency-grade work at a price and speed a business owner can actually say yes to.

Today I'm also a creative partner with the platforms building this industry — ImagineArt, InVideo AI, and PixVerse — field-testing their tools and publishing evidence-based reports on what actually works. The pipeline I use for your project isn't borrowed from a tutorial. I helped stress-test it.
